Accessibility statement
Last updated: 8 November 2026
We want everyone to be able to read this website and use its tools. Here is what we do, what we check and how to tell us when we fall short.
Our goal
We aim for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This is a goal we work towards on every release. We have not had an independent audit, so we do not claim formal conformance.
What we do
- Every page has a skip link, one main heading and headings in logical order.
- The menu, the theme button and the filters on the Resources page work with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 in both the light and the dark theme. The build fails if a colour pair drops below that.
- Images have descriptive text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The site respects your system's reduced-motion setting and your light or dark preference.
- Layouts work from small phones to large desktop screens without sideways scrolling, and tap targets are at least 44 pixels.
- Videos, when we add them, will have a transcript on the page.
What we check
Each release is tested with automated accessibility checks, with a keyboard-only walk-through of the menu and controls, and on small and large screens in both themes. Automated checks find only some problems, so we also review pages by eye.
Known limits
The free fair housing wording checker and the ListingAI app are separate applications with their own interfaces. We are working to bring them to the same standard and will update this statement as they improve.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard to use, email info@canontechventures.com with the page address and what happened. For the app, email support@realestateleadgeneration.app. We will reply, and we will fix what we can.
