What is ListingAI?
ListingAI is an AI assistant for real estate agents. You enter a property's details and it drafts a listing description and social posts that you can edit and use. It is a product of Canon Tech Ventures LLC.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 listings per month. Pro and Team are paid plans with unlimited listings. See the pricing page for the current prices.
How much do Pro and Team cost?
Pro is $29 per month and Team is $99 per month, in US dollars. Each paid plan can also be pre-paid for a full year: $348 for Pro and $1,188 for Team, which is the monthly price multiplied by twelve. Prices on the pricing page are always the current ones.
Can I edit what the AI writes?
Yes, and you should. Everything ListingAI drafts opens in an editor. Read each draft, correct any detail, and change the wording to sound like you before you publish it anywhere.
What does ListingAI write for each listing?
From one set of property details it drafts a headline, an MLS-style listing description, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts, a short WhatsApp message, an email, flyer text and an open house invitation.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI tools can add details that are not true or describe things in ways you would not choose. You are responsible for what you publish, so check every fact against your own notes before you use a draft.
Does ListingAI help with fair housing wording?
ListingAI includes a free fair housing wording checker that highlights phrases worth a second look, for example wording that describes the people who should live in a home. It is a prompt to check again, not legal advice, and it cannot promise that a listing meets any law. Advertising rules differ by country and state, so check with your regulator, association or broker.
Does it work outside the United States?
ListingAI writes in English and supports different currencies and size units such as square feet, square metres, acres and hectares. We have pages on the wording used by agents in the US and Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, the UAE, South Africa and Hong Kong. Advertising rules differ in each country.
Where can I use ListingAI?
In your web browser on any device. There is also an Android app, which you can find from your dashboard after you sign in.
What happens to the property details I enter?
To write the draft, ListingAI sends the details you enter to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI. The app's privacy policy explains what is collected and how it is used, and it is the document to rely on.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. You can cancel from your account. The refund policy in the app's legal pages explains what applies to refunds.
Should I tell people I used AI?
Rules and expectations vary by country, state, brokerage and portal. Check your local regulator or association and your brokerage's policy. On this website we tell readers that our articles are written with AI assistance and reviewed by a person.
