How the plans work
The Free plan lets you draft the copy for 10 listings a month, which is enough to try ListingAI on real properties and decide whether it fits the way you work. Pro removes the monthly limit for one agent. Team is for a broker team that wants unlimited listings and team accounts. If you need something larger than a Team plan, email support@realestateleadgeneration.app.
Monthly or pre-paid for the year
Each paid plan can be bought month by month or paid up front for a full year. The yearly price is the monthly price multiplied by twelve: $348 for Pro and $1,188 for Team. There is no yearly discount at the moment. Pre-paying simply means one payment instead of twelve.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan from your account. What applies to refunds is set out in the refund policy in the app's legal pages, and that document is the one to rely on.

The prices on this page are in US dollars. Inside the app you can see an estimate in your local currency on the plans page. Exchange rates change, so the amount you are charged is the one shown at checkout.
