Helping us help you
A few details make an account question much quicker to answer. Tell us the email address you signed up with, which plan you are on, whether you use the web app or the Android app, and what you expected to happen compared with what did.
Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email. We will never ask for them.
What we can help with
Account and plan questions, problems with a draft that will not generate, billing and refund questions, and feedback about what the tool should do next. We cannot give legal, licensing or tax advice, and we cannot review a listing for you. For anything about advertising rules, ask your regulator, association or broker.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered in the frequently asked questions. Plan prices are on the pricing page, and the app's privacy policy, terms and refund policy are in its legal pages.
Feedback and ideas
If there is something ListingAI does not do yet that would save you time, tell us. We read every message, and the most common requests shape what we build next. A short description of your day-to-day workflow is more useful than a feature name.
Accessibility problems
