ListingAI is a small product built around one idea: agents should spend their time with clients, not staring at a blank listing form.

What we make

ListingAI is an AI assistant for real estate agents. You give it a property's details, and it drafts a listing description and the social posts that go with it. You edit the draft, then use it wherever you advertise. The features page lists what it does today, and the pricing page lists the plans.

ListingAI is a product of Canon Tech Ventures LLC, a company registered in Wilmington, Delaware, in the United States. The company website is canontechventures.com. You can find our address and email on the contact page.

Why we built it

Writing marketing copy for every listing is repetitive work, and most agents are not hired for their copywriting. At the same time, a rushed or copied description can cost attention, and careless wording can create fair housing problems. We wanted a tool that gives agents a sound first draft quickly, keeps them in charge of the final words, and puts a wording check one click away.

How we use AI, honestly

  • In the product. ListingAI sends the property details you enter to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI, to generate the draft. The app's privacy policy explains what is sent and why. AI output can contain mistakes, so every draft needs a human read before it is published.
  • On this website. Articles on this site are written with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before they are published. We say so on every post and in the footer. If an image is AI-generated, we label it.
  • What we do not do. We do not invent customers, reviews, statistics or quotes. We do not publish traffic or results claims we cannot back up. If a number appears on this site, it comes from a source we name or from our own published prices.

Fair housing and advertising rules

We care about this because agents are accountable for what they publish. The free fair housing wording checker is part of that, and our articles remind readers to check local rules. We are a software company, not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice.
