AI for realtors and real estate agents in the US and Canada
If you list homes through a brokerage and put them on the MLS, ListingAI drafts the description and the posts so you can spend the day on clients.
Who this page is for
This page is for real estate agents, realtors and small brokerages in the United States and Canada, and for the marketing assistants who help them. In these markets the words you use are real estate agent, realtor, listing, MLS and brokerage. ListingAI follows whatever wording you give it, so the drafts sound like your market and not like a textbook.
A typical listing week
Picture an agent who takes a new three-bedroom listing on Monday. The photos arrive on Wednesday, the MLS entry goes live on Friday, and an open house is planned for Sunday. Between showings and paperwork there is a description to write, an Instagram caption, a Facebook post, a short note for the email list and a flyer.
That is a lot of copy for one house, and most of it repeats the same facts in different words. This is the kind of work an AI assistant can draft quickly.
What ListingAI does for you
You enter the address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size and a few highlights. ListingAI drafts a listing title, an MLS-style description, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts, a WhatsApp message, an email, flyer text and an open house invitation. Everything opens in an editor, so you correct details and put your own voice back in before anything is published. The features page shows the full list.
Because the drafts come from one set of facts, the MLS description, the caption and the email agree with each other. You can read the step-by-step method in our guide to writing a listing description with AI, and a month of content ideas in the 30-day social media plan.
Wording tips for these markets
- Spelling. Use neighborhood and color for a US audience and neighbourhood and colour for a Canadian one. Tell the tool which you want.
- Fair housing. In the United States, housing advertising must not express a preference or limitation based on protected characteristics, and many states and cities add more. In Canada, human rights rules differ by province and territory. Describe the home, not the people. Our free fair housing wording checker highlights phrases that deserve a second look. It is a prompt to check again, not legal advice.
- The REALTOR® mark. REALTOR® is a registered membership mark that only members of the owning association may use, under that association's rules. In the United States it belongs to the National Association of Realtors, and in Canada to the Canadian Real Estate Association. If you are a member, follow your association's rules for using it. If you are not, say real estate agent. This page uses the lowercase word "realtor" only because many agents search for it. It does not mean that anyone using ListingAI is a member.
- Measurements. Match the units your MLS or portal expects, such as square feet, and check any character limits before you paste.
